No international gourmets – just our local village dishes that we know how to do best. Where practical, our native food is cooked traditionally on a wood fire on our hand-made fire-hearth (wood cooker/stove) in our little ‘smoke kitchen’. We want to share our food with you... nothing fancy, just real... and probably seasoned with a touch of coconut or a hint of appetising green lime. We offer safe drinking water free at our tables and there is no service charge.
